• Multi-channel Marketer Apprenticeship (Level 3)

Hours

• Monday–Friday: 8:30 am–5:00 pm (1-hour lunch break)

• 37.5 hours per week

Learn on the Job

Most of your apprenticeship will be spent working in-house and learning on the job with hands-on marketing experience.

What You’ll Do

As our Marketing Executive Apprentice, you’ll have creative freedom to design and deliver marketing content and campaigns to support the sales team.

You’ll get to:

• Design engaging marketing collateral (leaflets, brochures, graphics)

• Create video content such as case studies, how-to guides and promotional videos

• Write blog content for our website to boost SEO

• Develop keyword strategies and improve our search performance

• Maintain and update our website

• Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.)

• Assist with paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta)

• Build and schedule email marketing campaigns

• Analyse data to create target demographics and identify marketing opportunities

• Experiment with marketing techniques to drive leads, sales and engagement

This office-based role also includes opportunities to attend events, exhibitions and festivals to gather images, film content and create marketing materials.

Skills & Requirements

Desirable qualifications:

• GCSE English (Grade 4/C or above)

• GCSE Maths (Grade 4/C or above) (We can adapt the apprenticeship to your existing knowledge or experience.)

• Problem solving

• Presentation and teamwork

• Creativity and initiative

• IT skills (especially Apple Mac)

• Interest in technology

Other requirements:

• Reliable transport to and from the office
